At Vuori Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must have all tags and labels attached
- The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Note: Some items may be excluded from returns, such as final sale, customized, or personalized products. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@vuoricolthing.my or call us at +1 (346) 842-9590 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the item.

3. Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- If you used a discount or promotional code, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference. If it costs less, we will issue a refund for the difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Final Sale Items
Please note that certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
7. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns for domestic orders within the United States. International returns are not accepted at this time.
